The Kate Spade New York fashion store opened its first premises in Costa Rica, at the Multiplaza Escazú shopping center.
The firm, famous for its bags, garments and accessories, comes to the country as a celebration of the renewal of the brand, under the leadership of Nicola Glass, creative director.

"We are very excited to open our first place in Costa Rica, we have had many opportunities to evolve the brand since I started, and for me, this new retail vision is a much more modern expression of our DNA," said Glass.

Product prices range from $ 20 to $ 600.
"We are happy and proud.
The firm was founded by designer Kate Spade, who died last year at 55 years.
