The state prosecutor's office reported that it is already investigating the events and that it maintains coordination with the three government orders to reinforce, through operations, security measures in order to inhibit criminal acts.

With this transporter there are already three drivers who have been killed in the last two weeks in different parts of Acapulco.

On October 26, a driver on the same route (Base-Caleta) was murdered in front of Galerías Acapulco square. The second murder occurred a day later, in the Condesa area, all in the direction of the base.

This third murder occurs despite the reinforcement of security with 100 elements of the Secretary of the Navy to the port as part of the actions to reduce crime rates.
