Mexico City, January 4 (However) .- Gaby Castillo, the influencer and former participant of the TV Azteca program "Falling in love", was arrested this Monday in the company of her current partner by elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security of the City of Mexico (SSC-CdMx) on charges of alleged drug dealing and fraud.

The Secretariat reported that officers carried out security and prevention tours in Eje 2 Norte and Avenida Manuel González, in the Ex Hipódromo de Peralvillo neighborhood in the Cuauhtémoc Mayor's Office. “Faced with a possible criminal act and in accordance with the police action protocol, the officers carried out a security check, after which they found 169 plastic bags with a white powder, possible cocaine, and 70 plastic bags with green and dry vegetables with the characteristics of marijuana," he said.
The capital authorities indicated that Castillo "probably belongs to a criminal group dedicated to the sale of drugs, collection of flat, extortion, homicides, among other crimes."
The SSC-CdMx also explained that the black van in which the suspects were found has an investigation folder in the state of Nuevo León for the crime of fraud. Castillo's partner allegedly "operates in the states of Nuevo León, Morelos, the State of Mexico and Mexico City, where he is probably dedicated to defrauding people by buying high-end vehicles, which he pays with bad checks, as well as the sale and distribution of narcotics in the downtown area of the capital”.
Castillo has also been singled out for her alleged links with the Tepito Union, since she had been romantically linked to Óscar Andrés “N”, alias “El lunares”, who is in custody; as well as the drug trafficker known as “El Pollo”.
