The second dose of the Pfizer vaccine can cause more side effects than the first, and it's common. The body's reaction is normal considering that memory cells are activated.
You may have more side effects, or even different ones. Immunization and its effects are more clearly activated as the body recognizes what it is receiving. Fever, tiredness, joint and muscle pain, dizziness, nausea, everything is normal.
Post-vaccine symptoms mean that the immune response is strong and actively acting against the vaccine. There is no need to worry, since they disappear after a few days. It is even possible that the feeling of discomfort lasts less than with the first dose.

To alleviate the secondary effects of the vaccine, the American CDC recommends wearing very comfortable clothing, hydrating yourself very well with water and other liquids, and not drinking alcohol for at least 48 hours. If you can and you don't have allergies, they recommend taking ibuprofen or paracetamol, including acetaminophen, aspirin, or antihistamines.
In most cases, discomfort due to pain or fever is a normal sign that the body is building protection. They recommend talking to your doctor or health center if irritation or tenderness at the injection site worsens after 24 hours, or if side effects worry you or don't seem to be going away after a few days.
