Darinka Valadez, CEO of Shawe, shares his experience as an entrepreneur

Our graduate spoke about her training at the Anáhuac Mexico University and how she immersed himself in the world of jewelry with Shawe.

Our graduate defined success as "the result of long and continuous battles to continue advancing and fulfill dreams and goals."For her, the failure is the experiences that feed her to propose new and better objectives, "it is part of the learning process and we always have to get the best out of it."

On leadership, Valadez Pichardo said that it consists of directing others, "is to make each and every one of the members shine, grow, feel safe and proud of the work they are doing in the team" and added that "a goodLeader is always attentive to everyone's opinions, regardless of their rank or experience.A good leader is the one who makes everyone grow with him. ”

In an interview, he revealed that the Anahuac strengthened the values of perseverance, humanity and solidarity, and recalled that while in college he decided to start approaching the world of jewelry design, to experiment with 3D modeling, in addition to learning programs forTo be able to create more precision the pieces that would be traditionally impossible to make, "from my beginnings it was very natural for me to live between the design of furniture and decorative elements, as well as in that of jewelry," he said.

He shared that at the time of choosing his thesis he decided to make them totally different, the first one about an intelligent waiting bench design and the second on jewelry with Mayan inspiration.“My thesis director, Mtro.Ángel Téllez, for the first time accepted a jewelry thesis at the university, since it had never been done and that is that in the Mexican market very few brands dared to make pieces inspired by our culture. ”

Before graduating, Darinka Valadez began to perform jewelry pieces for her and her acquaintances until she decided to create her own brand, “For years I was experiencing with techniques and designs, until finally, when Shawe was going to launch in Mexico, he had to migrateTo Spain and put everything in pause for a few more years.
