The restaurants that report the highest number of reservations for this week of recess

If you are considering visiting one of the main cities in the country and enjoying their gastronomic approach during the week of recess, there are several recommendations that you should have.

Not only because of the biosecurity restrictions that the ongoing pandemic still requires from restaurants, but also because several of the sites on this list have received awards, and will surely be among the most visited during the next week. That is why it is advisable to take into account the demand and the reservation system that each one handles so that you are not left without enjoying the best dishes in the country.

In the capital, Leo and El Chato restaurants, both notable for participating in the recent 100th Best Restaurants, have a very busy schedule. In the first, their reserved tables increased five times more, so -they indicated- it is necessary to set aside a space two weeks in advance, if it comes to attending the place between Thursday and Saturday, especially at night.

The case of El Chato is similar, since the restaurant recommends that its clients make reservations three days in advance, in case they plan to attend between two and three people. If a group of eight or more people wish to attend, this will require a prior request of up to eight days in advance.
